Terms of Service

These Terms (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you, the user ("User", "you"), and the operators of the i-trade website and service ("i-trade", "the site", "the service", "we"). Using the site — including browsing, registering, creating an account and purchasing a subscription — constitutes full, express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any document incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please refrain from using the service. During registration you will be asked to tick a checkbox confirming you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms; ticking that box constitutes a binding electronic signature for all purposes.

Section headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation.

i-trade is a technological research tool only. All content on the site — including scores, signals, data weighting, trade plans, entry/stop/target levels, scans, stock analyses, strategy guides and any other output — is generated automatically by an algorithmic system and AI tools, and is based solely on technical, quantitative and public data.

Nothing on the site, directly or indirectly, constitutes investment advice, investment marketing, pension advice, tax advice, a recommendation, an offer, a solicitation or an invitation to carry out any transaction in securities, cryptocurrencies, forex or any other asset. i-trade and its operators are not investment advisors, are not investment marketers, and are not licensed under the Israeli Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 1995, or any comparable law.

The output does not take into account your personal circumstances, needs, financial situation, goals or risk tolerance, and is not a substitute for personalized professional advice from a suitably licensed party. You must perform your own independent due diligence and research, and we recommend consulting a licensed professional before any action.

Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies and forex involve substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire invested capital and potentially more. Past performance, historical data, simulations or theoretical results are not a guarantee or prediction of future returns.

The figures shown on the site (entry, stop-loss, target, score, etc.) are theoretical algorithmic output and are not a promise of return. Markets are volatile and unpredictable and may move against any analysis. Do not invest funds you cannot afford to lose.

Every decision, action or inaction taken in reliance on the information on the site is your sole and full responsibility. You — and only you — bear all the risk, loss, damage or liability arising from it.

By using the service you declare and confirm that you act on your own behalf and your own independent judgment alone; that you did not rely on i-trade as advice; that you understand the risks; and that you assume full, sole and final responsibility for any decision and any outcome. You hereby irrevocably waive any claim or demand against i-trade, its operators, owners, directors and employees in connection with any loss or damage caused or to be caused to you as a result of using the service or relying on its content.

The service may be used only by persons aged 18 or older with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering you represent that you meet these conditions and that the information you provided is true, accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Do not share your credentials, and do not create an account under a false identity or another person's name. We may suspend or terminate an account, at our sole discretion, for breach of these Terms, suspected misuse or as required by law.

The service is offered in a free tier and a paid tier ("Pro"). The Pro subscription is sold on a monthly plan at 49$/month, or on an annual plan at 40$/month charged up front as a single payment (480$/year). Prices are stated in US dollars; the actual charge may be made in shekels at the exchange rate on the payment date, plus payment-provider fees if any.

The subscription renews automatically. At the end of each subscription term (a month or a year, per your plan) it renews for an identical term and is charged to your chosen payment method, unless you cancelled auto-renewal beforehand.

Cancellation: you may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account area. Cancellation cancels only the future renewal — it takes effect from the next billing term only, and not before. Until then you retain full Pro access through the end of the period already paid for (the end of the month or year you were already charged for).

There are no pro-rated or full refunds for a period already paid, including the unused portion of the current term; the payment made for the current term is non-refundable, and access simply ends when that term concludes. This does not derogate from any non-waivable rights you may have under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, to the extent applicable.

Price changes: we may update subscription prices or pricing structure from time to time. A price change will not apply to a period already paid and will apply only from the next renewal, subject to reasonable prior notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated rate.

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers, and you do not provide your full card details to i-trade. You are responsible for any tax applicable to you in connection with the subscription.

Market data, prices, news, institutional data and filings are provided AS IS and originate from third parties. There may be delays, inaccuracies, errors, gaps or unavailability in the data, and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these sources. Certain data (e.g. 13F filings or congressional trades) is displayed with an inherent lag and does not necessarily reflect real time.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant continuous availability, full correctness or the absence of faults, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

All rights in the site — including its design, code, logo, marks, content, methodology and algorithms — are reserved to i-trade or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, reverse-engineer or make any commercial use of the site's content without our prior written consent.

You may not use the service in any unlawful or harmful manner, including scraping or automated collection, circumventing security or access controls, embedding the site's content, running bots, or any action that impairs the service's operation, security or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, i-trade, its operators, owners, directors and employees shall bear no liability for any damage — direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or otherwise — including loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data or reputational harm, arising from use of the service, inability to use it, or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

In any event, and without derogating from the above, our aggregate liability to you on any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you actually paid i-trade for the subscription in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You undertake to indemnify and hold harmless i-trade and those on its behalf for any damage, expense or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) caused to them due to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

Use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The site uses essential cookies (such as login and language preference) and analytics cookies to improve the experience. Continued browsing constitutes consent to the use of cookies as described.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically.

These Terms and the use of the service are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, without its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute shall lie with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
