Buzz Stocks

Social Scan · buzz-v1

Buzz Stocks — the social radar

The stocks the internet is talking about. Sources: a Reddit aggregator (ApeWisdom), Yahoo's trending list, and StockTwits when it is reachable. Twitter/X has no free API, so it is not scanned directly — what is said there reaches this page only indirectly through the other sources.

Chatter is not a signal. So every name carries a technical read and a chart-only setup: a meaningful support, a stop 1% below it, and a target at the nearest resistance — published only at 1:2 reward:risk or better. When a name is too extended, a conditional level of interest is recorded instead of an active setup.

Two scans a day: 07:00 and 09:00 New-York time (usually 14:00 and 16:00 Israel time). In intraday scans the latest daily candle is still a partial bar.

How the list is built (buzz-v1, frozen)

  • Collected from several public sources: Reddit mentions, Yahoo's trending list and StockTwits when it responds
  • The buzz score blends mention volume, the 24-hour rate of change and presence across sources
  • Indices, ETFs and crypto are filtered out — only stocks with real trading history remain
  • Each name gets a chart read: trend, RSI, ATR, relative volume and position in the 52-week range
  • An active setup is recorded only when price sits near a meaningful support and the ratio is at least 1:2
  • An extended name gets a conditional level of interest instead of a setup — the price is never chased
  • Only active setups enter tracking and the stats; “no setup” rows are never graded
  • Chatter tends to arrive AFTER a sharp move — it measures attention, not quality

This page shows the output of an algorithmic scan over public sources under the fixed, transparent criteria listed here. It is not a recommendation to transact in any security, nor personalized investment advice. Social chatter is not a measure of company quality, it can be biased or manipulated, and heavily discussed stocks tend to be unusually volatile. The support, stop and target levels are part of the signal definition only; tracking figures are a mechanical calculation on actual trading prices, exclude fees, slippage and tax, and past performance does not indicate future results.
